Initial Assessment: We began by reviewing the mobile phone features and the certification requirements for each target country to define the scope of certification needed.
Product Series Differentiation: Using the lead copy strategy, we clarified the differences between the product series, performed comprehensive testing on the lead product, and leveraged the results to streamline testing for the other variants.
Testing Plan and Monitoring: We developed a structured plan for testing in accredited laboratories, continuously monitored progress, and provided regular updates to the customer.
