BST Turns 10: Looking Back, Moving Forward

Celebrating a Decade of Engineering Excellence and Preparing for an AI-Driven Future

As BST celebrates its 10th opening anniversary, we chose to mark the occasion not with a banquet, but with a day of learning, reflection, and exploration.

After a morning strategy workshop reviewing our journey and future direction, our team visited two organizations that represent the future of intelligent hardware and manufacturing: the National Embodied AI Robotics Innovation Center and Xiaomi's EV manufacturing facility.

At the Robotics Innovation Center, we explored the rapid evolution of embodied AI and robotics—from industrial automation to next-generation service robots. The visit provided valuable insights into how AI, sensors, software, and hardware are coming together to create intelligent systems capable of interacting with the physical world.

At Xiaomi's factory, we witnessed how digitalization, automation, and large-scale manufacturing are transforming product development and production. From smart vehicles to connected ecosystems, the visit demonstrated how innovation can be translated into efficient, scalable manufacturing.

These experiences reinforced a trend we see across the hardware industry: the future will be shaped by the convergence of AI, intelligent devices, robotics, connectivity, and advanced manufacturing.
