With 20 years of experience in sourcing and procurement for electronic and mechanical components, Easter has supported projects across communication products, consumer electronics, drones, and automotive systems.

At BST, she leads supplier development, commercial negotiation, supplier management, and cross-functional supply chain coordination.

Over the past 5 years, she has helped deliver nearly 10 automotive projects from prototype to mass production.
